THE 3 SERIES
The 3 Series is a sped up version of my typical one on one work, which requires more of your participation. I’ll send a questionnaire for you to fill out prior to your first session, since we won’t have the extra 30 minutes of the Initial Consultation in person. For my budget-friendly self starters out there, accountability to yourself is a must. In each session, we’ll explore exercises that will stabilize and realign your structure. For the rest of the time, we’ll work on the table with manual release, where I’ll use my hands to manipulate your tissues so you can relax and get the relief you need. Each 3 series is thoughtfully laid out. We’ll be working in blocks to stabilize your foundation and release what’s tense. You’ll need to be committed for these 3 weeks to do your exercises daily (or as needed) so that efficacy is ensured. After each session, I’ll send you an email with the exercises we went over in detail for your reference.
ANXIETY
There are so many ways we can connect to our body to calm anxiety and ground ourselves in the present moment. There are also stress response muscles that we can release if they’ve engaged, to use our body to affect our mind. I’ve written about them here and here to lay the foundation of what we will do together in 3 sessions.
