Clients coming to me for carpal tunnel syndrome are often surprised that a majority of their pain goes away once we release their shoulder. I find that when the source of their pain is addressed, there is much more benefit than when the symptoms are addressed. Looking at posture and correcting the unsupportive patterns can be life-changing and pain-changing at the same time.
