3 SERIES: ANXIETY
There are so many ways we can connect to our body to calm anxiety and ground ourselves in the present moment. There are also stress response muscles that we can release if they’ve engaged, to use our body to affect our mind. I’ve written about them here and here to lay the foundation of what we will do together in 3 sessions. I’ll send a questionnaire for you to fill out prior to your first session, since we won’t have the extra 30 minutes of the Initial Consultation in person.
