I often get asked for my opinion on a specific gadget or tool to fix an issue in the spine. People will come to me with their MRI results afraid that surgery and cortisone shots are their only options. The reality is that with a skilled bodyworker + changing the way you hold your body (which is annoying + tiring at first but completely manageable over time) you can heal most things. Adding strength to the areas supporting your spine that are weak will take away a good chunk of the pain you're feeling. If you find a sensitivity to listen to your body, it will always tell you when you're on the right track, or if something's wrong. Check out this month's video blog for all the deets!
